FAQs
How do I get my computer (printer, etc.) fixed or make a technology related request?
HelpDesk (an Eduphoria Application) is the primary means to have a technology request fulfilled. It is important that you fill out all required fields denoted by a red asterisk. We do our best to assess and repair your problem as quickly as possible. If it is an emergency, please call someone in the building technology department listed below. You may also contact the switchboard and ask to have one of us paged.
Where are you located?
The Technology Office is located in 310A (by the LRC). Please feel free to stop by any and say "Hello" or ask a quick question. You can also make an appointment to discuss technology in more detail. You may also contact one of our Instruction Technology Coordinator or your Departmental Tech Coach for help about using technology in your classroom. Our goal is to make sure technology helps you in the classroom, not hinders you.
Where can I access a computer or color printer?
Visit our Teacher Resource Center (TRC) in 310B, next to the Technology Office. The TRC is equiped with six desktop computers, a flatbed scanner, color printer, a Mastery Manager workstation, a full size laminator, and other neat little tech tools and software.
