School Registration, Fee Waiver and Instructional Material Pick Up Information 2019-2020
Registration packets should be in homes by June 22. The packet includes registration information, fee waiver application and instructions.
Parents of Direct Certified students will be notified by mail after July 6.
Online Registration opens on July 15, 2019
Fees can be paid online by Visa or Master Card. Fee waiver students should complete the Online Registration after their waiver is approved. The deadline for online registration and fee payment is August 2, 2019.
Fee waiver applications – Families must please provide the following: (1) a completed application form (June mailing) and (2) documentation of the household’s gross income. Fee Waiver applications must dropped off by July 29. For anyone dropping off materials in person, please note that materials must be delivered to the main office anytime from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday. It is extremely important that applications be made during this time period. While applications will be accepted at any time, they are effective on the date that they are approved are not retroactive to the beginning of the school year.
Residency must be verified for all students. Health forms must be submitted for freshman and new students. Seniors must provide proof of meningitis immunization.
Instructional Material Pick-Up
Freshmen and new students will pick up instructional materials, schedules, Chromebooks, and have their IDs taken on August 6 in the student cafeteria. Pick Up times are:
- 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM – Last Name begins with A through I
- 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Last Name begins with J through Q
- 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM – Last Name begins with R through Z
The bookstore will be accepting payments (for cash/check options), obligations and selling Ventra (Pace Bus) cards. Ventra Cards will also be available for purchase in the bookstore after school starts.
If Online Registration is complete and all fees are paid no later than July 29, instructional materials and schedules will be distributed to sophomores, juniors and seniors in homeroom on August 13.
If fees are not paid by July 29, instructional materials will be picked up in the bookstore on the first day of school or later, depending on when payment is received.
The bookstore will be closed on August 7th and August 8th.
Parking Passes will be for sale after the first one or two weeks of school.
