The Maine East Fine Arts Boosters serve the school community by supporting the work of the curricular and extra-curricular Fine Arts programs at Maine East. Our fundraising efforts each year provide dollars for private lesson scholarships, summer workshops, art exhibition awards, art trips, clinicians and field specialists in every area of the arts. Students, Families and Faculty to help the Fine Arts earn extra fundraising dollars for trips, contests, coaching, art exhibitions, theatre and all the fun things that Fine Arts do, just by spending on things that you do Every Day!
What Is It?
Gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. Use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food at Jewel or Dominick’s, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for students and Maine East Fine Arts. See the list of list of businesses!
How Gift Cards Generates Revenue
Maine East Fine Arts Boosters buys the Gift Cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to our families. The difference - from two to fifteen percent or more – is our way of making $$$ to support Fine Arts programs.
Gift cards - "shopping cart fundraising"
Families don’t have to sell anything. Simply use Gift Cards to buy groceries, clothing, toys, gifts, gasoline, purchase the food for holiday parties, pay for airline tickets to visit family out of town – there are many ways.
