School Registration, Fee Waiver and Instructional Material Pick Up Information 2017-18

Registration packets should be in homes by June 23. The packet includes registration information, an InfoSnap code for student, fee waiver application and instructions, InfoSnap help session days/times.  All information has been sent in English and Spanish.
 
Parents of Direct Certified students will be notified by mail after July 6.
 
InfoSnap Information

InfoSnap opens on July 10, 2017.
InfoSnap closes at 11:59 p.m. on August 1, 2017.
 
InfoSnap can be paid on line by Visa or Master Card.  If cash or check is selected, payments should be made in the bookstore prior to August 4. Fee waiver students should complete InfoSnap after their waiver is approved. If they are at the deadline, they can choose the cash/check option, it will be cleared upon pickup if waiver is approved.
 
Fee waiver applications - Families must please provide the following: (1) a completed application form (June mailing)  and (2) documentation of the household’s gross income. Fee Waiver applications may be mailed or dropped off by July 24. For anyone dropping off materials in person, please note that materials must be delivered to the main office anytime from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday. It is extremely important that applications be made during this time period. While applications will be accepted at any time, they are effective on the date that they are approved are not retroactive to the beginning of the school year. 

A $25 late charge will be incurred for late registrations (after August 1) for ALL students.
 
Residency must be verified for all students. Health forms must be submitted for freshman and new students. Seniors must provide proof of meningitis immunization.
 
Instructional Material Pick-Up
Freshman and new students will pick up instructional materials, schedules, Chromebooks, and have their IDs taken on August 8 in the student cafeteria. Pick Up times are:
  • 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM - Last Name begins with A through I
  • 1:00 PM to   4:00 PM - Last Name begins with J through Q
  • 5:30 PM to   8:00 PM - Last Name begins with R through Z

The bookstore will be accepting payments (for cash/check options), obligations and selling Ventra (Pace Bus) cards. Ventra Cards will also be available for purchase in the bookstore after school starts.
 
If InfoSnap is complete and all fees are paid no later than August 4 (after August 1 the late registration fee will apply), instructional materials and schedules will be distributed to sophomores, juniors and seniors in homeroom on August 14.
 
If fees are not paid by August 4, instructional materials will be picked up in the bookstore on the first day of school or later, depending on when payment is received.
 
The bookstore will be closed on August 9 and August 10.  No pick up will be available these days.
 
Current seniors who entered Maine 207 in 2014 and current juniors who entered District 207 in 2015 will not have a Chromebook fee because they paid the full fee when coming in as freshman.
 
Parking Passes will be for sale after the first one or two weeks of school.
