Lost Diploma

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace a diploma.

We can provide you with a letter verifying that you received a high school diploma and the date on which that diploma was granted. This letter will carry the high school seal and can be used as a legal document in place of your diploma.

To request this letter, send a note including the following information:

Name (also maiden name under which you were registered, if different)
Date of birth
Social Security Number
Address where letter should be sent
Your original signature of authorization

Forward your request to the Registrar, Maine East High School, 2601 W. Dempster,

Park Ridge, IL 60068.

You may also come in person to the Registrar’s office in the Guidance Department to request this document.
