A: If a student is sick and will not be attending school for the day, the attendance office should be notified. Please call 847-692-8321 and let them know your student's name and ID number.
A: If a student will be absent for an extended period of time the student’s counselor, the attendance office, and the Health Office should be notified.
A: Students who become ill or injured during the school day should report to the Health Office after obtaining a pass from the teacher whose class they will be missing. The nurses will assess the student and if necessary will call the student’s parent. Students should not contact their parents from other locations using their cell phones. Cell phone use during the school day is prohibited.
