2010-2011 Fee Waiver Application
In order to apply for Fee Waivers the following information must be provided:
- An Application Form
- Documentation of your household’s gross income. The documentation you must provide is a 2009 Federal tax return (IRS Form 1040) for each working household member or evidence of participation in TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) or evidence the student is a foster child.

Booksales Information
Pre-pack book sale information
Pre-Pack Pick Up Dates and Times
August 9, 10 and 11
7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Maine East Student Cafeteria
You will be required to submit your Student Emergency Card in order to pick up pre-pack order.
Book Sales Schedule
Book sales will be in the Student Cafeteria. Park in the South parking lot and enter through the fieldhouse.
Please purchase books on your designated day/time. Please make any additions or corrections to "Student Emergency Information Form" received in earlier mailing and sign before arriving at book sales. You will not be permitted to enter book sales without turning in this card.

Students that do not pre-order books and do not come to book sales will be charged a $25.00 late fee for purchasing books after book sales are over – including those eligible for fee waivers.
